About Cross Stitch Master

Cross Stitch Master is a cozy cross stitch app for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by LuckyTech Inc. It started from a simple idea: the calm, one-stitch-at-a-time feeling of cross stitch shouldn’t need a hoop, a pile of floss and a free afternoon. In the app you pick a pattern — from our library of original illustrations or from your own photo — choose a color, and tap or swipe across the grid to watch each stitch fill in.

Why this site exists

Plenty of people who enjoy stitching on their phone also stitch with real needle and thread, and plenty of real stitchers are curious about the app. This site is for both. Here you will find:

• Free cross stitch patterns drawn by the artists behind the app, each with a printable PDF chart and DMC color key.
• A free Pattern Maker that turns your own photo into a printable chart. It runs entirely in your browser, so your photo never leaves your device.
• Beginner guides to stitches, charts and finishing your work.

Everything on the site is free, with no sign-up and no email required.

What’s in the app

• A growing library of original illustrations — cozy animals, flowers, landscapes and holiday scenes.
• Turn your own photos into stitchable patterns, or into embroidery art in styles like Coarse Cotton, Fine Silk and Stumpwork, then stitch them yourself.
• A quick Color by Number mode and a replay of every piece, from blank grid to finished art.
• Your own 3D gallery to hang finished pieces in, and a community to share and discover work.

The app is free to download. It contains ads and optional in-app purchases. It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and on Android 7.0 or later.
