Website Privacy Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
This policy explains how LuckyTech Inc (“LuckyTech”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the website stitchmaster.art (the “Site”). LuckyTech is the controller of that information.
The Cross Stitch Master app has its own policy, which covers accounts, purchases, community uploads and AI creation features in the app: see the App Privacy Policy.
The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up forms and no email collection on the Site.
- No advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only if you accept them, and anyone can turn them off under “Cookie settings”.
- Photos you use in the Pattern Maker are processed in your browser and are never uploaded.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
1. Information we process
Site activity log. To improve the Site we record a few actions in our own log: for example that a pattern PDF was downloaded, that a store button was tapped, which filters were used, or the size and number of colors chosen in the Pattern Maker. Each entry holds only the action, the page, the device type (phone, tablet or computer) and the time. It does not include your IP address, your photos, anything you type, or any identifier that could link entries to you. The log is stored on our own analytics server, rented from Tencent Cloud in Guangzhou, China.
Technical data. The Site is hosted on a server we rent from Tencent Cloud in the United States. To deliver pages and protect the Site from attacks and abuse, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the time of your request. We do not keep a log of every visit; error logs, which can contain this data, are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
What we don’t collect. The Site has no forms, accounts, comments or payments. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
2. The Pattern Maker and your photos
When you choose a photo in the Pattern Maker, the photo is opened, turned into a pattern and made into a PDF entirely on your own device, inside your browser. The photo is not sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is kept after you close the page. The pattern name you type is only used to label your PDF.
3. Why we use information (legal bases)
We use the information above to run, secure and improve the Site and to answer your messages. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent for Google Analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and useful website for the activity log and technical data, and in replying to your emails.
4. Links to app stores and other sites
Download buttons and QR codes link to Google Play and the App Store. Those links carry a campaign tag naming the Site page you came from (for example site-patterns), so we can see which pages lead to installs. The tag describes the page, not you. Once you leave the Site, the privacy policy of the store or other website applies.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site: Tencent Cloud (servers for the Site and the activity log) and Google LLC (Google Analytics), under contracts that limit how they may use it. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
6. International transfers
The Site is served from the United States, activity log entries are stored in China, and Google operates globally, so data may be processed in countries other than yours. Activity log entries contain no personal information. Where required, transfers of personal information are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep information
Activity log entries are kept for about three months. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then deleted.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Because the Site collects so little, in most cases we will hold nothing that identifies you. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time under “Cookie settings”. To make a request, email fuchigame@qq.com. We will normally respond within fifteen working days.
9. Children
The Site is a general-audience craft site. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS and uses security headers to reduce the risk of attacks. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we keep the information we hold to a minimum.
11. Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page; significant changes will also be noted on the Site. Questions or requests? Email fuchigame@qq.com.
