Terms of Use
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and LuckyTech Inc (“LuckyTech”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the website stitchmaster.art (the “Site”), including its patterns, guides and Pattern Maker. By using the Site you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. The Cross Stitch Master app is covered by its own Game License and User Service Agreement and by the terms of the store you download it from.
1. Using the Site
The Site is free to use, with no account needed. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t:
- copy, scrape or republish the Site’s content in bulk, or mirror the Site;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use;
- use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights.
2. Our content
The illustrations, patterns, PDF charts, guides, photos, videos, design and other content on the Site belong to LuckyTech or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read, print and share links to them. Our free patterns may be used as described in the Pattern License. All other rights are reserved.
“Cross Stitch Master” and the bear logo are our trademarks. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.
3. The Pattern Maker
The Pattern Maker is a free tool that runs in your browser; your photo is not uploaded to us. Patterns you make from your own photos belong to you, as described in the Pattern License.
You are responsible for having the right to use any photo or image you put into it. Your own photos are fine; artwork, characters, logos or photos made by other people usually need their permission. Please don’t use the tool to copy other people’s work.
DMC color matches, finished sizes and thread amounts are estimates. Screens and printers show colors differently, so check against real floss before you buy, and allow a little extra thread.
4. The app and app stores
Information about the Cross Stitch Master app on the Site describes the app at the time of writing; features may change between versions. Downloads, purchases and subscriptions happen in Google Play or the App Store, under their terms and the app’s own agreement.
5. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as app stores and social networks. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that patterns and estimates are accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LuckyTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, materials or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
8. Trademarks of others
DMC is a trademark of its owner; this Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by DMC. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
9. Changes to the Site and these terms
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), consistent with our app agreement. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you informally; if that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent people’s court in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws or the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
