About this pattern

A baby parrot with lime green feathers, a fluffy yellow chest and big shiny eyes. It is bright, cute and full of personality, and it brings a pop of color to a child's room or a sunny kitchen. The feather areas use several greens and yellows that blend softly together, so the finished piece looks plush rather than flat. Start with the eyes and beak to set your placement, then work outward through the body. Stitch it on white Aida for the cleanest look. The finished piece is about 5.7 × 7.6 in (15 × 19 cm) on 14 count Aida. It pairs nicely with our Baby Owl and Tiger Cub patterns, which share the same soft, big-eyed style, so you can stitch a whole set of cute animals for a nursery wall or a playroom.
